Black Lysted Refund Policy

Our merchandise is produced on demand for each order, so we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at teamblacklysted@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
